Depending on your planned itinerary or tour package, you should be advised where to apply for a VISA on their respective embassy offices here in Doha — or in most cases, VISA centers. If you are a resident in Qatar and will be traveling to Poland, you need to secure an appointment and personally visit their embassy in Qatar to process your application.

Here are the steps on how to apply for Poland Schengen Tourist VISA in Qatar:

1. Visit Poland Embassy’s website here for the application instructions or directly log on to https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl , check for available dates and schedule for an appointment.

2. You need to electronically fill in the form online and print it out directly and sign each page. But before filling in the online form, please read carefully the instructions, especially when typing the dates as they have a specific format that needs to be followed.

3. Prepare the required documents with both the original and photocopy versions available.

4. Submit the documents to the embassy. Lodge your application personally and have your biometrics taken on the date mentioned in your appointment slip. Please be advised that the embassy is very strict with the appointment time. Applicants who come in late — regardless of the excuse — will not be entertained (especially if the schedule is full).

5. Pay the appropriate VISA fee amount as well as service fees. You can pay directly to the embassy itself. Please note they only accept cash and the fees are non-refundable and subject to change as per the embassy policy.

6. As per usual procedure, approval takes 1-2 weeks (could be earlier or longer depends on the documents submitted). The embassy does not process rush applications so be sure to give enough allowance before your flight. You can apply as early as 3 months prior to your flight.

Schengen Tourist Visa Fee is QAR 252.00.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your Poland Schengen tourist visa application is approved, double-check the details on your visa as any minor difference or mistake can cause more trouble when you are already on your flight.

Requirements needed to obtain a Poland Schengen VISA in Qatar:

1. Bank Statement (last 3 months showing salary transfer and must be stamped by the bank)

2. Schengen travel health Insurance (minimum coverage 30,000 Euros), covering the period of your travel

3. Recent passport size photos (2 pieces, white background)

4. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your company and/or Salary Certificate printed on company letter head

5. Visa Application Cover Letter / Tourist visit plan

6. Passport and Residence Permit valid for 3 months after your return date to Qatar (Please note that for all applicants over 10 years of age, the passport has to be signed by the holder)

7. Copy of the reservation of the return ticket and hotel booking for the time intended to be traveling

8. Previous copy of Polish Schengen visa or other visas

Means of subsistence for Poland Schengen Visa:

* For stay up to 3 days:

The overall amount is 300 PLN or QAR 300.00 (approx)

* For stays exceeding 3 days:

The daily amount is 100 PLN or QAR 100.00 (approx)

If the accommodation costs are covered by a third party, the daily amount reduces to 20 PLN or QAR 20.00 (approx)
